HOW TO USE THE The inflatable mini greenhouse Moon Greenhouse

1 – preparing the GEL

Pour into a container suitable for microwave cooking (preferably glass) or in a saucepan clean:

• the liquid contained in the packet
• 4.5 grams of sugar (usually the contents of two spoons from the)
• 150 ml of distilled water, or to bottigliaMescolare well with a fork, until no lumps. Bake in a microwave oven at 500 W or on the stove over low heat (only in a water bath). Cook long enough to boil the liquid, without letting it escape. Boil for 20 seconds.

We suggest to use gloves or protections to avoid contact with the hot liquid.

Divide the liquid obtained in the four round containers provided in the Pack of the inflatable Moon mini greenhouse Greenhouse.

Pour the contents of the capsules, one for each container, as long as the liquid is still hot. Mix well with a fork to remove any lumps and go straight to the next step (repeated firing for the coloration).

Bake in a microwave oven at 500 W or on the stove over low heat (only in a water bath). Cook long enough to boil the liquid, without letting it escape. Boil for 20 seconds.

Wait until the complete cooling of the liquid.

Now you can begin your exploration of the world of plants.

The POSSIBLE REMAINING LIQUID can be Frozen and, when heated, USED AGAIN (Or trashed AS A COMMON REJECTION).

2 – seeding PLANTING
Caution: do not touch the seeds or the gel with your hands.

Open the four containers PLANTARIUM containing the gel and drop the seeds of each capsule in the different colored gels.

Push the seeds under the surface of the gel for about 2 mm. You have then the PLANTARIUM in a dark place for a more rapid germination ¹. It can also leave them in shady, but germination will be more slow ¹.
After about a week you’ll see the buds throw the first roots, and after about two weeks the bud will be off gel with roots well branched towards the bottom. The seeds are diversi growing time, depending on the species, and 4 containers PLANTARIUM are ready for repotting at different times.

As soon as even a single bud will be surfaced by the gel, place the PLANTARIUM in a bright place from time to time but never in direct sunlight.

Once the seedling will be grown by reaching the lid and you seem already robust enough, or you feel the presence of mildew stains on the surface of the gel, will now â to transplant it. The presence of mildew stains means that your schematic has used all the nutrients contained in the gel and is now trapiantarla into the ground.

3 – Transplanting on Ground

Helping you with the spatula long extract the gel with the seedling, rinse the gel from the roots and endorse the plan on a damp cloth.

Take the pads of peat and put them into PLANTARIUM you’ve previously rinsed from the gel; Remember that peat provided (2 or 4 tablets, depending on the size) is sufficient for 4 PLANTARIUM.

Add water and wait for the Earth to expand. Help possibly peat to absorb all the water that you enter

If the peat is found to be too dry and he had not fully expanded, add a little water at a time until the full expansion.

Repot the plant, now one third of its length, into PLANTARIUM with peat and put it inside the greenhouse space, you have previously inflated. Place the greenhouse in place bright but not direct sunlight.

Water every two days, taking care not to soak the peat.

Transplant your seedling in a pot or in the garden as soon as the stems are sturdy and well rooted

4-DRYING and catalogue

PHASE 1-the plants are collected and stored in plastic bags. Specimens should be so classified, with labels indicating the common and binomial names of species, the place and the date on which it was collected. It would be appropriate to have more ¹ specimens of the same species.

PHASE 2-the drying with press aims to eliminate the water contained in the map, it may take several week ². The plan goes smooth and sandwiched between two sheets of blotting paper, which then must be tight between the two floors of the press. Overlaying several sheets of paper towel, you can dry simultaneously more ¹ specimens. For those more ¹ large sheets containing the seedlings can be accommodated under a pile of books, which with their weight will press.

STEP 3-The dried sample must be transferred to a white cardboard and attached with small strips of masking tape. Once you have added the tag we mentioned earlier, over the cardstock is applied a transparent sheet. At this point, the card can be inserted in the Herbarium.
